Leonardo Bomfim has been a programmer at Cinemateca Capitólio, in Porto Alegre, since 2015. He was also the programmer for the P. F. Gastal cinema, in the same city, from 2013 to 2017. He has worked on programming for the Gramado (2019, 2020) and Brasília (2018) film festivals. In 2021, he was part of the programming team for the showcase Brazilian Cinema of the 2010s: Ten Perspectives. He has published articles on cinema in the magazines Teorema, Norte, Noize, Cahiers du Cinéma, and Harper’s Bazaar Brasil.
